After lots of tweaking, I think I've come up with the perfect air-fryer pork loin recipe. It's simple to pull together, and the leftovers are fantastic.
Ingredients
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon each minced fresh basil, rosemary and sage
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 pork loin roast (3-1/2 pounds)
8 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown gravy mix
2-1/2 cups beef broth
1-1/4 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Directions
Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, herbs and mustard; rub over roast. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer inserted into pork reads 145°, 50-70 minutes. Remove roast from air fryer; tent with foil. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Combine gravy mix and broth until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream and horseradish; heat through (do not boil). Serve with pork.
