Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
3/4 cup pistachio cream
1/4 cup tahini
3 cups chopped fresh strawberries (about 1 pound)
1/2 cup chocolate sauce
1 cup pistachios, chopped
1 cup frozen shredded phyllo dough (kataifi), toasted
Directions
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, 5-6 minutes. Gently fold in pistachio cream and tahini until no streaks remain. Cover; chill at least 30 minutes.
To assemble, spoon or pipe a small amount of the pistachio mousse into the bottom of six wide-mouth Mason jars. Top with a few strawberries and a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of pistachios and toasted kataifi. Repeat the layering process 2-3 times or until each jar is full. Serve immediately.
