2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 cups long grain white rice
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon ground cumin 4 cups water
Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
