Glazed Pork Chops

Pan-seared chops coated in a glossy, sweet glaze of brown sugar, mustard, and spices. Easy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 6 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed french onion soup
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Directions

  1. Mix cornstarch and water.
  2. Melt butter in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
  3. Add soup and sugar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
  4. Remove chops and keep warm. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over chops.
