Lunch Box Pizzas

Miniature pizzas designed for kids’ lunchboxes—easy to prep, customizable, and tasty cold or reheated.

Ingredients

  • 1 (7.5 ounce) package refrigerated
  • buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 10 slices pepperoni sausage
  • 3/4 cup shredded monterey jack
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-in. circle and press into a greased
  2. muffin cup. Combine the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning;
  3. spoon 1 teaspoonful into each cup. Top each with a slice of
  4. pepperoni and about 1 tablespoon of cheese. Bake at 425 degrees
  5. F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately or
  6. store in the refrigerator.
