Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray the Mini Loaf Pan with oil.
Combine the sugar and Cinnamon Plus™ in a medium bowl. Cut the biscuits into quarters and toss in the sugar mixture.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter, uncovered, for 30–45 seconds, or until it’s melted. Add the brown sugar and mix until well blended. Pour the mixture over the biscuits.
Divide the biscuits evenly among the wells.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy in the centers. Let the loaves cool for 5 minutes before releasing.
