1. Refund Eligibility

We accept refund or return requests for the following product types:
🛍 Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product (such as journals, self-care tools, or merchandise), you may request a refund or exchange within: 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)
We do not accept returns for:
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items (marked “final sale”)
  • Gift cards

2. Digital Products (Downloads, eBooks, Printables)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Inability to access or use the product due to user error

3. Refund Process

Include in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return or refund request
  • Photo of the item (if physical and damaged)
If your return is approved:
  • We will email you instructions for returning the item
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost, or offer a refund if the item is no longer available

5. Cancellations

We do not guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed, as our fulfilment process may begin immediately. If you made a mistake, please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
